What is our return policy?

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. Please send the item(s) and order number located on your confirmation email to any of us.
When the buyer sends back an item or items using a courier service, the buyer has to pay for the courier service.

We have the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are damaged or not in good enough condition to sell.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. Unless they are broken, you can’t return or exchange opened medicines, food, personalized gifts, or cosmetics.

Our delivery team will wait for you to arrive so that you can check the product after you get the shipment. In the event that you are unhappy with the product in any way, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department so we can arrange for its prompt return.

Please use Sundarban Courier Service or SA Poribahan to send your package if you live outside of Dhaka. In the event that your claim for a return is found to be legitimate, we will pay for the cost of your courier service.

In the event of a refund, the product’s cost will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days upon approval.
