On every LETI SHOP platform, including mobile, we promise to meet and exceed your expectations. If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or the wrong product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the broken or defective product. If you received the wrong product, we will also issue you a full refund. You will not be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for the replacement of any shipments that have been damaged or found to be defective. If an order or orders need to be cancelled for any reason, the money that was paid for those orders will be returned to the customer’s LETI SHOP account.

If the customer decides to cancel their order, they will get a full refund of their initial payment. However, they will no longer be eligible for any discounts, promotions, or cash back that may have been tied to that order.
