HOW TO USE?
Cleanse the skin before using the ice roller.
Freeze the ice roller few hours until it is fully frozen.
Begin rolling it over your skin.
Start at the center of your face and work your way outwards, using gentle pressure.
Focus on problem areas of your skin that are particularly puffy or inflamed.
Roll the ice roller over your skin for a few minutes, taking breaks if needed.
After using the ice roller, apply your favorite moisturizer or serum to help lock in the benefits and provide extra hydration for your skin.
